At Speks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
